OSHA recently released its semiannual regulatory agenda. The agenda shows three final rules are projected to move forward in 2013, including Confined Spaces in Construction, Electric Power Transmission and Distribution and Electric Protective Equipment, and Walking Working Surfaces and Personal Fall Protection Systems.
