EPA Seeks Early Stakeholder Input on Changes to Wetland Antidegradation Rules

As proposed in Senate Bill 294, changes to the Wetland Antidegradation Rules in the Ohio Revised Code (ORC) will allow in-lieu fee mitigation. The proposed changes also allow Ohio EPA and Ohio Department of Natural Resources to develop and operate their own in-lieu fee programs.
